Practice Manager needed at Ghosn Family Medicine
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist in all departments and work alongside physicians on-site and in front and back office, as needed.
- Ensure a positive patient experience by the day-day management of clinical and administration operations.
- Lead and coach team members to provide exceptional patient services.
- Oversee clinic expansion to new locations.
- Manage staffing needs, payroll, benefits, and coordinate with billing company and ensure correct billing and coding.
- Requires 2 years’ experience as a practice administrator in a health clinic.
- Stated experience to include working independently and managing a team of at least 20 people, including clinical and administrative staff, and taking initiatives on day-to-day activities and projects.
